How much do we charge?

We do not make things complicated so rather then offer lots of confusing and expensive support packages and pricing plans like our competitors we simply charge £13.50 per hour (excludes Web Design, Data Recovery and Emergency System Recovery. These options are priced per job/project not hourly)

Is there a call-out fee?

Yes we charge a £20.00 call-out fee on top of our hourly rate, which makes the first hour including our call-out fee just £33.50.
